Installation & Operation
- Fix the pump securely in a safe location away from sunlight, sources of heat and other dangerous environs, allowing for a maximum suction lift of 1 metre only
- Cut the supplied tubing into a 1 metre section and connect one of its ends to the suction of the pump and other to the foot value
- Ensure the suction tubing is held straight within the chemical storage tank
- Connect the rest of the required length of tubing to the discharge side of the pump head
- Connect the NRV in a vertical position in the required injection point
- Position the discharge tube above the pump head in a safe direction
- Plug in the mains chord of the pump to a single phase 230vAc, 5Amp Socket
- Wait for the pump to prime into the head
- As soon as the liquid starts to flow out of the tube turn off the pump promptly now connect the fully primed tube into the NRV
- Turn the pump on again and check for leaks in all areas
- Now finally adjust the speed buttons as per your dosing requirement
